General Account Questions
- Can I try SkyRegs before I subscribe for a year?
- Yes. You can sign up for SkyRegs from your browser at www.skyregs.com. Your access includes a free one-month trial subscription of SkyRegs. During the free 30 day trial period, you will have access to all of the available features and the ability to cancel within the application.

- How do I change the email address on my account?
- Please contact us at support@skyregs.com to make changes to your account. This functionality will be provided in one of our upcoming releases.
- Will my credit card be charged during my free trial?
- Your credit card will not be charged until the end of your 30-day trial period.
- Does my annual subscription automatically renew?
- Yes, your subscription is set to renew automatically.
- How can I change my credit card that is on file?
- You can update your credit card information within the application under the Profile within the application.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- You can manage your subscription within the application under the Profile menu option.
- How do I know when it's time to renew?
- Your subscription information is available within the application under the Profile menu option. You will also You will receive an email notification 30 days prior to your subscription expiration date.
- Can I still use the app after my subscription expires?
- No, you must have a valid subscription to enjoy the benefits of the tool.
- Can I pay with my PayPal account instead of a credit card?
- Not yet. We do not currently support payment processing with PayPal. We do accept all major credit and debit cards.
Passwords & Signing In
- You will be prompted to log into the application when you visit; service.skyregs.com
- You can log out by selecting the Sign out button in the header.
- You can reset your password by visiting the application login screen and selecting the “Forgot Password Link”. A new temporary password will be emailed to the email address you entered.
